Safestore Easyread Pitfall Traps
The safestore easyread pitfall trap is made up of a clear plastic trap with preloaded glue inside the base. The traps are prepared to order, and come with a choice of pheromones for species-specific monitoring. Dispensers are carefully chosen depending on pheromone to enable the most effective stable release. Either in a tube, on a dosed vial/ring or rubber septa.

Where to place / Distance:
- Place flat on the floor or surface.
- In a small kitchen or storage unit, one trap is sufficient to cover the area.
- In larger factories or warehouse, place one trap every 100 square metres.
- When trying to pinpoint infestations place more traps around fixtures and equipment.
Replacement:
Replace every 6-8 weeks unless the trap is full earlier.
Storage:
- The traps should be stored in a cool dry place for a shelf life of 12 months.
- The lures should be stored in their packaging, in a cool dry place for a shelf life of 6 months.
- If longer storage is required store the lure in a fridge or freezer.
